This credit requires that you increase "breathing zone" outdoor air by 30%. No, the program does simply add 30% to the previous Vot value, it applies the 30% increase at the "breathing zone" outdoor air value (Vbz) and then recalculates the Voz and Zp values to determine a new Vot.
